REDUCED OFFICE HOURS:

Due to the likelihood of heavy storm conditions and potential loss of electrical power, Wilson Management Group is closed today, Wednesday, September 28 – Thursday, September 29.
WEATHER PERMITTING, our office will re-open for business on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 9:00AM.

RECOMMENDED RESIDENT PRECAUTIONS:

All residents are advised to take reasonable precautions to protect the premises from storm damage, including, but not limited to bringing in any lawn furniture, outdoor decorations or ornaments, trashcans, hanging plants, and anything else that can be picked up by the wind.

HOW TO REPORT DAMAGE AFTER THE STORM:

Should the property that residents are leasing sustain damage during the storm, they should report it to their property manager immediately: Property Manager Contact Info.  We will be monitoring phones and checking emails regularly.  Unless internet service is lost, all residents can send a message or work order to their property manager directly through their Tenant Portal in AppFolio or via their Portal App on their smart phone.

We work diligently to address any storm caused damage once Ian has passed, and it is safe to resume normal activity.

TIPS AND STORM INFORMATION LINKS:

Dial 911 if you have a life-threatening emergency!  Do not rely on WMG Staff to respond to an emergency.
