Protection you can rely on

Happiness Guarantee

You may discontinue management with 60 days’ written notice, subject to the management agreement’s terms, including any applicable cancellation charges.

Results Guarantee

For a vacant property, you don’t pay a management or leasing fee until we place a qualified resident. Property evaluation, marketing, and other applicable charges are separate.

Leasing Guarantee

If a resident we qualified defaults on the original lease term without your approval, we’ll waive the leasing fee to place a replacement resident, subject to the management agreement.
