With our results guarantee, you don't pay a management fee or a leasing fee until we place a qualified tenant in your property. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...before you pay us for our service.

Leasing Guarantee

Our standard lease is 12 months. Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill the initial lease term, we will place a new tenant for you and waive the lease fee.
